Preparation method
- Take a wide bowl add maida pinch of salt, and add water mix it make chapatti dough, and apply 2 table spoons of oil to it. And cover it for 30 minutes.
- Heat the pan, add ghee to fry then add sooji rava fry it for 3 minutes then transfer to plate. Then same pan add 2 ½ cup of water and add sugar mix it and boil it for 5 minutes then add sooji rava mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame
- Then prepare small round shape balls and keep it aside
- Heat the pan first take a pori presser and add the polythin cover to it. Then take the small balls spread it on the polythin cover so it is thick in the middle and thin on the edges.
- Then take the sweet balls and put it in the center and close it up as best as you can and then use the Pori presser to make a flat chapatti so the sweet and the dough merge. And then put it on the chapatti pan add oil fry it until it’s a golden brown color on both sides. And then serve it.
