Preparation method
- Wash the coriander leaves and dry it keep it aside.
- Wash the chikkudu kayalu and cut it into small pieces keep it aside.
- Take the mixer grinder and add coriander leaves, green chili cumin seeds grind it into coarse paste.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add chikkudu kayalu fry it for 5 minutes then cover the lid.once cooked the chikkudu kayalu and add salt, coriander paste mix it well, and cover the lid for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.
- You can serve it with chapatti or plain rice very tasty and yummy.
