Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, mustard seeds, red chili, hinge fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame
- Take the mixer grinder add grated coconut, cinthakayalu, turmeric, green chili red chili, salt grind it coarse paste then add seasoning mix it and grind 1 more time then transfer to serving bowl.
- This is very tasty and yummy.
- You can serve it with rice.
