chintha kaya kobbarikaya chutney (green tamarind coconut chutney)







Ingredients
Quantity
Grated coconut
1 cup
Chintha kayalu (green tamarind)
1 /2 cup
Red chili
6
Green chili
6
Black gram
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Hinge
Pinch
Salt
To taste
Turmeric
Pinch
Oil
1 table spoon

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, mustard seeds, red chili, hinge fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame
  2. Take the mixer grinder add grated coconut, cinthakayalu, turmeric, green chili red chili, salt grind it coarse paste then add seasoning mix it and grind 1 more time then transfer to serving bowl.
  3. This is very tasty and yummy.
  4. You can serve it with rice.
