Preparation method
- Take a wide bowl add mashed potato, green chili, coriander leaves, salt, chat masala, red chili powder, cooked peas mix it well.
- Toast the bread slices until lightly crispy with butter. Apply tomato sauce on one side then spoon out the vegetable curry stuffing and spread it on the sauce. Your open sand witch is ready.
- You can make it as a regular sand witch also by spreading the vegetable curry between two slices of bread with tomato sauce applied on one side of the slice.
