Preparation method
- Take the mixer grinder and add green peas, cumin seeds, green chili, ginger coriander leaves grind it to smooth paste then mix it into dosa batter.
- Heat the dosa pan add prepare round shape utappamu and apply oil then add top onions, coriander leaves to it and cover the lid for medium flame for 5 minute then turn it another side. And ready to serve utappamu.
- You can serve it coconut chutney very tasty and yummy.
