Green peas utappamu







Ingredients
Quantity
Dosa batter
1 cup
Green peas
¼ cup
Ginger
1 inch
Green chili
3
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Coriander leave
Few
Oil
2 table spoon
Chopped  onion
1 cup
Salt
To taste
Chopped tomatoes
1 cup

Preparation method

  1. Take the mixer grinder and add green peas, cumin seeds, green chili, ginger coriander leaves grind it to smooth paste then mix it into dosa batter.
  2. Heat the dosa pan add prepare round shape utappamu and apply oil then add top onions, coriander leaves to it and cover the lid for medium flame for 5 minute then turn it another side. And ready to serve utappamu.
  3. You can serve it coconut chutney very tasty and yummy.
