Preparation method
- Wash the spinach and soak it for warm water for 5 minutes then remove the water and then grind it to smooth paste and keep it aside
- Heat the pan ,add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 2 minutes then add onions add salt fry it for 2 minutes then add tomatoes fry it for 3 minutes after that add ginger garlic paste fry it well. And cover the lid for 2 minutes, then add spinach paste mix it well.
- After that add all spices mix it well, and cook it for 5 more minutes. Finally add cubed paneer, mix it well and cook it for 2 more minutes. Then switch off the flame.
- You can serve it with roti ,chapatti ,biryani very tasty.
