Preparation method
- Take a microwave bowl, add green tamarind and add 1 glass of water and put in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then keep it aside.
- Cook it for 3 vessels for tour dal in pressure cooker. And keep it aside. Let it cool down the pressure and add water turmeric salt mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes. Then add green tamarind juice mix it and add green chili mix and cook it for 3 more minutes.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add, garlic pods, mustard seeds fry then add cumin seeds, fenugreek powder, hinge red chili powder fry it for 1 minute then put it in the dal and add curry leaves mix it well.
- You can serve it with plain rice very tasty.
