Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it well then add onions, green chili turmeric fry it for 3 minutes now add ginger garlic paste mix it and fry them well.
- Now add mixed vegetables, grated goose berry, grated coconut and add salt fry it for 5 minutes .Then add garam masala powder mix it fry them well. Finally add cooked rice mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- This is very tasty and healthy
