Preparation method
- Wash the basmati rice for 3 times then drain the water keep it aside. Soak the sprouts in water for over night
- Heat the pressure cooker then add oil and butter to fry then add whole garam masala fry it well.
- Then add turmeric green chili, onions fry ,it for golden brown color now add ginger garlic paste green chili fry them well then add tomatoes, mixed vegetables fry it for 10 minutes and add salt, biryani masala, red chili powder,sprouts mix it and stir it well then add 2 glass of water to boil it for 15 minutes then add washed rice, mint leaves coriander leaves mix it and cook it on medium flame for 15 minutes ,and cover the lid.
- Then switch off the flame. Garnish with fried onions cashew nuts.
- This is very tasty and healthy biryani .with curd chutney very tasty and yummy.
