Bombay spring onion curry





Ingredients
Quantity
Gram flour
3 table spoon
Curd
¼ cup
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Red chili
3
Salt
To taste
Tomato

Chopped onion
½ cup
Chopped garlic
1 te spoon
Curry leaves
Few
Dania powder
¼ tea spoon
Garam masala
¼ tea spoon
Chopped spring onions
½ cup
Oil
1 table spoon

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add cumin seeds, red chili,  fry it splutter then add chopped garlic fry it light brown color then add onions, green chili, curry leaves tomatoes fry it well. Now add salt, turmeric mix it and stir it well
  2. Then add take bowl add curd and gram flour mix it and prepare a liquid batter then mix it into the curry. Then mix it and stir it well , now add Dania seeds powder, garam masala powder mix it finally add spring onions mix it and stir it well. Then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve it with chapatti, Pori or any parathas very tasty.
