Preparation method
- Wash the mint leaves and dry it well.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chili, hinge fry it well, then transfer it to the plate. Then add mint leaves fry them well then switch off the flame.
- Take the mixer grinder then add fried red chili, fried mint leaves, salt tamarind mix it and grind it coarse paste. Then add remaining seasoning mix it and grind it one more time.
- This is very tasty and healthy for rice or breakfast.
