Preparation method
- Wash the okras and drain them, and cut it into medium size pieces.
- Then put it into the microwave for 5 minutes, then shadow fry for 5 minutes. Then keep it aside
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry them well. Then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, onions, salt fry it for 5 minutes then add tomatoes mix it and cover the lid for 5 minutes. After that add cooked potatoes, all spices mix it and stir cook it for 5 minutes.
- Finally add fried okra coriander leaves mix it and stir it for 3 minutes then switch off the flame.
- You can serve it with chapatti or rice. it is very tasty.
