Preparation method
- Soak the black eyed beans, rajma beans overnight then cook it for 3 whistles. Then remove the water
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add cumin seeds, fry then add onions, turmeric salt mix it and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes mix them and cook it for 5 minutes.
- After that add cooked beans, spinach mix it and stir well. Then add all spices mix it and cook it for 10 more minutes. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
- You can serve it with chapatti or naan. It is very tasty.
