Preparation method
- Wash the okra and drain it well, then cut it into medium size pieces keep it aside.
- Onion cut it into medium size pieces. Then take the mixer grinder add onions cumin seeds red chili grind it into coarse paste, keep it aside.
- Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add okra pieces fry it for 10 minutes and cover the lid. Once fry the okra then add salt onion paste mix it and fry it for another10 minutes then switch off the flame.
- This is very tasty and healthy. You can serve it with rice or chapatti
