Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Dania seeds, peanuts, Chana dal, sesame seeds red chili , coconut powder fry them well then grind it coarse powder. Then vangi bath powder ready.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala, , onions, green chili fry then well then add ginger garlic paste, sliced brinjals , salt turmeric powder mix it and fry them well then add cooked rice mix it and stir it well , and add grinded powder mix it and 1 more time stir it well
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves fried cashews. Mix well.
