Preparation method
- Wash the tomatoes, ciliary, onion, and carrot, capsicum, cut it into medium size pieces
- Heat the pan add butter to fry then add garlic cloves ciliary pieces ,onion carrot, capsicum tomatoes, salt fry it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame.
- Let cool down then grind it smooth paste. Then add 2 glass water mix it and cook it for 15 minutes then add basil leaves, salt, pepper sugar mix it and take a bowl add corn flour 2 tablespoon and add water mix it and put it in to the soup.And cook it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.,
- This is very tasty and healthy soup
