Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add peanuts, Chana dal, fry them well add black gram, mustard seeds, turmeric, green chili, red chili, curry leaves fry them well.
- Take a wide bowl, add cooked rice then fried seasonings, salt, grated mango, mix it and stir it well.
- You can serve it with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- This is very healthy and tasty.
