Okra aloo curry (bendakaya)





Ingredients

Chopped okra
1 cup
Chopped onion
½ cup
Chopped tomato

1 table spoon

To taste

Cooked potato
2 medium size

Preparation method

  1. Wash the okras and drain them, and cut it into medium size pieces.
  2. Then put it into the microwave for 5 minutes, then shadow fry for 5 minutes. Then keep it aside
  3. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry them well. Then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, onions, salt fry it for 5 minutes then add tomatoes mix it and cover the lid for 5 minutes. After that add cooked potatoes, all spices mix it and stir cook it for 5 minutes.
  4. Finally add fried okra coriander leaves mix it and stir it for 3 minutes then switch off the flame.
  5. You can serve it with chapatti or rice. it is very tasty.

Mixed beans spinach curry






Ingredients

Black eyed beans
½ cup
Rajma beans
½ cup
Chopped spinach
1 bunch
Ginger garlic paste

Dania cumin powder
1 table spoon
Red chili powder
1 table spoon

To taste
Chopped tomato

Preparation method

  1. Soak the black eyed beans, rajma beans overnight then cook it for 3 whistles. Then remove the water
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add cumin seeds,  fry then add onions, turmeric salt mix it and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes mix them and cook it for 5 minutes.
  3. After that add cooked beans, spinach mix it and stir well. Then add all spices mix it and cook it for 10 more minutes. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. You can serve it with chapatti or naan. It is very tasty.

Spring onion chaykkalu






Ingredients

Rice flour
3 cups
Spring onions
1 bunch
Green chili

Preparation method

  1. Wash the spring onions and add green chili, ginger cumin seeds grind it into a coarse paste keep it aside
  2. Soak the Chana dal in water for 1 hour.
  3. Take a wide bowl add rice flour, salt spring onion paste , butter mix it well then add water, and soaked chana dal mix and make  a chapatti dough. And prepare lemon size small balls.
  4. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add take a polithin cover and apply oil round shape small pori then put it into  the oil and fry it golden brown color.
  5. You can serve it with snack time. It is very tasty.

Tomato mint chutney





Ingredients

Mustard seeds

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add all seasonings fry it well. Then transfer it to a bowl.
  2. The same pan, add mint leaves, tomato, onion. Turmeric fry it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame.
  3. Then take a mixer grinder add fried mint leaves, salt, tamarind red chili, grind it into a coarse paste. Then add all fried seasonings mix it and grind it for 1 more time. Then transfer to serving bowl.
  4. You can serve with plain rice or dosa. It is very tasty.

Snake guard coconut curry

Preparation method

  1. Wash the snake guard and cut into round shape pieces and keep it aside.
  2. Then take a pan, add snake guard, salt, turmeric and add water mix it and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  3. Then squeezing them keep it aside.
  4. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add all seasonings fry them well. Then add green chili, red chili, curry leaves fry well then add grated coconut fry it for 2 minutes and add snake guard pieces mix it and stir it well. Then cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.
  5. You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti. It is very tasty.

Sprouts oats kichidi

Preparation method

  1. Soak the whole moong dal overnight then drain it keep aside.
  2. Then take the electric cooker and then add rice, oats soaked whole moong dal wash it for 3 times then add 6 cups of water mix it and add mixed vegetables, salt mix well.
  3. Heat the pan add butter fry then add ginger, green chili, curry leaves, pepper powder fry well then put it into the rice then cook it for 20 minutes.
  4. You can serve it with any chutney very tasty and healthy.

Drum stick chana dal curry

Preparation method

  1. Wash the drum sticks and cut into the medium size pieces then add water, salt mix it and boil it for 10 minutes then keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry them well then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, onions, green chili, mix it and fry it for 3 minutes, then add drumsticks, cooked Chana dal,  salt red chili powder mix it and cook it for 3 more minutes. Then add grated coconut mix them well. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. You can serve it plain rice with ghee. It is very tasty.

  1. Wash the coriander leaves and dry it then grind it into a coarse paste.
  2. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry them well. Then add turmeric, green chili, ginger garlic paste onions fry them well.
  3. After that add all the vegetables, salt fry it for 5 minutes then add coriander paste mix it and fry it for 3 more minutes then add cooked basmati rice mix it and stir it well.
  4. You can serve it with curd chutney very tasty.

Akakarakaya besin fry

  1. Heat the pan add red chili, cumin seeds fry them well.
  2. Take the mixer grinder then add split gram, cumin seeds, garlic pods, red chili grind it into a coarse powder.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add teasel guard slices fry it and cover the lid for 10 minutes. Then add salt, turmeric mix it and stir them well. Then add grinded powder mix it and stir it well.
  4. You can serve it plain rice with ghee.it is very tasty.

  2.  Then add cooked whole Chana, red chili powder, Chana masala powder mix it and stir it well finally garnish with coriander leaves
  3. You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti. It is very tasty and yummy..

After that add cooked rice mix it and stir it well, finally add mint leaves, coriander leaves, curry leaves mix it well
  2. You can serve it with onion raitha this is very tasty and yummy.
