Mixed vegetable pulusu

Preparation method

  1. Mixed vegetables (bottle guard, okra, brinjal, pumpkin, drum stick, carrot, onion, green chili)
  2. All mixed vegetables cut it into medium size pieces then wash it and keep it aside.
  3. Take a wide bowl add all mixed vegetables, and add water, tamarind juice, salt, turmeric green chili , jaggery mix it and cook it for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, hinge red chili powder fry them well.  Then put it into a cooked bowl. Thake a bowl then adds rice flour and pinch off water mix it and make a paste then put it into a cooked pulusu. Finally add sesame seeds powder and cook it for another 15 minutes then switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. You can serve it rice with ghee. It is very tasty..        

Raw mango pulihora

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add peanuts, Chana dal, fry them well add black gram, mustard seeds, turmeric, green chili, red chili, curry leaves fry them well.
  2. Take a wide bowl, add cooked rice then fried seasonings, salt, grated mango, mix it and stir it well.
  3. You can serve it with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  4. This is very healthy and tasty.

Okra (bendakaya) vulli karamu curry

Preparation method

  1. Wash the okra and drain it well, then cut it into medium size pieces keep it aside.
  2. Onion cut it into medium size pieces. Then take the mixer grinder add onions cumin seeds red chili grind it into coarse paste, keep it aside.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add okra pieces fry it for 10 minutes and cover the lid. Once fry the okra then add salt onion paste mix it and fry it for another10 minutes then switch off the flame.
  4. This is very tasty and healthy. You can serve it with rice or chapatti

Masoor dal kichidi

Preparation method

  1. Wash the tomatoes, ciliary, onion, and carrot, capsicum, cut it into medium size pieces
  2. Heat the pan add butter to fry then add garlic cloves ciliary pieces ,onion carrot, capsicum tomatoes, salt fry it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame.
  3. Let cool down then grind it smooth paste. Then add 2 glass water mix it and cook it for 15 minutes then add basil leaves, salt, pepper sugar mix it and add corn flour 2 tablespoon and add water mix it and put it in the soup. cook it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.,

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Dania seeds, peanuts, Chana dal, sesame seeds red chili , coconut powder fry them well then grind it coarse powder. Then vangi bath powder ready.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala, , onions, green chili fry then well then add ginger garlic paste, sliced brinjals , salt turmeric powder mix it and fry them well then add cooked rice mix it and stir it well , and add grinded powder mix it  and 1 more time stir it well
  3. Finally garnish with coriander leaves fried cashews. Mix well.

Preparation method

  1. Wash the jack fruit pieces then grind it coarse powder and add apply oil, turmeric salt mix it keep aside.
  2. Then cook it for 2 whistles. Let it cool the pressure then squeezing it aside.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to fry  then add all seasonings fry it well then add green chili, curry leaves, red chilly fry it well . Then add squeezing jack fruit, salt mix it and cook it for 5 minutes. Then add tamarind paste mix it and cook it well. Then switch off the flame. Finally add mustard seeds pastes mix it well.
  4. This is very tasty and healthy with rice. Or chapatti.

Dondakaya masala curry

Preparation method

  1. Wash the dondakaya and cut it into slices then add turmeric, salt then cook it for 1 whistle and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan add peanuts sesame seeds, dry coconut fy it well . then grind it a coarse paste keep it aside.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add sliced onions, green chili fry them well. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric salt mix it and stir it well. Then add grinded paste, red chili powder mix it and cook it for 5 minutes then add cooked dondakaya mix it and stir it well .and cover the lid for 10 minutes then switch off the flame. Finally add garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. This is very tasty for roti chapatti.

Coconut milk with vermacelli biryani

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add vermicelli fry it for light golden brown color. Then keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add onion slices green chili fry it for 3 minutes then add green chili paste fry it well. Then add mixed vegetables fry it then add salt garam masala, turmeric mix it well.
  3. Then add coconut milk boil it for 10 minutes, then add fried vermicelli mix and cook it for 15 minutes then switch off the flame.

Carrot cake

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add Maida baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder mix it and keep it aside.
  2. Take another bowl add egg beaten it then add butter sugar mix it and again beaten it well. Then add grated carrot milk mix it well. Finally add vanilla essence mix it and 1 more time beaten it well. And add dry ingredients mix it well.
  3. Then take a cake pan and apply butter, and sprinkle flour then put the batter into the cake pan.
  4. Then put it into oven for 375 degree for 1 hour. Then check it into tooth pick.
