Mixed vegtable upma





Ingredients
Quantity
Dry roasted sooji rava
1 glass
Mixed vegetables
 1 cup
Chopped ginger
1 table spoon
Chopped green chili
1 table spoon
Chopped onion
½ cup
Ghee
2 table spoon
Oil
2 table spoon
Black gram
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 table spoon
Chana dal
1 table spoon
Water
3 glasses
Salt
To taste
Curry leaves &coriander leaves
few

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram,fry until red color.Add Chana dal, mustard seeds, green chilies, ginger ,curry leaves, fry it for 2 minutes then add onions fry it for 1 minute then add mixed vegetables fry it for 3 minutes then add water,salt and stir it well . When the water boils add sooji rava and stir without any lumps and cover the lid 3 minutes. Garnish with ghee and coriander leaves.
  2. Then switch off the flame. Upma is ready to serve.
  3. You can serve it with hot and coconut chutney.
