Preparation method
- Heat the pan; add oil and butter to fry then add whole garam masala (cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, and cinnamon stick) fry it for 1 minute. Then add onions, and add turmeric salt mix it and fry it for 3 more minutes then add ginger garlic paste fry it well.
- After that add chopped beet root fry it for 5 minutes then add tomatoes, green peas green chili cook it well.
- Then add all spices add it and mix it well. Finally add cooked basmati rice mix it well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- You can serve it with raitha very tasty and yummy.
