Veg chapatti roll






Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add avocado paste and add mixed vegetables, salt lemon juice, pepper powder mix it well. Then cooked rajma beans keep it aside.
  2. Take a chapatti and add the rajma beans, avocado paste in the middle of the chapatti and mix it and roll it well
  3. This is very tasty and yummy and very healthy for kids.

Home made chipotle

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add capsicum slices, onion slices fry it well and keep it aside.
  2. Chipotle sauce
  3. Take the tomatoes, red chili, cumin seeds, salt, garlic pods mix it and grind it coarse paste then cook it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame. Then keep it aside.
  4. Take a wide bowl add chopped tomatoes, onions, cooked sweet corn, green chili and add salt lemon juice mix it well.
  5. Take a wide bowl, add cooked rice chopped coriander leaves table spoon of lemon juice mix and keep it aside.
  6. Take a plate and add cooked rice, cooked rajma beans, cooked sweet corn, avocado paste and then chipotle sauce, and fried capsicum onion slices, and add lettuce, sour cream, cheese mix it well.

Radish spinach paratha






Ingredients

Grated radish

Dania cumin powder

Wheat flour

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add radish shadow fry for 4 minutes then add spinach fry it well. Then switch off the flame.
  2. Take a wide bowl add wheat flour, and add fried radish and spinach, salt, and all spices mix it and made it chapatti dough then cover the lid for 30 minutes. After that make round shape balls and keep it aside
  3. Heat the chapatti pan and prepare round shape chapatti and put it in the chapatti pan and toast it both sides and apply oil. Then switch off the flame.
  4. You can serve it with any curd chutney very tasty and yummy.

Veg bread sandwitch

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add mashed potato, green chili, coriander leaves, salt, chat masala, red chili powder, cooked peas mix it well.
  2. Toast the bread slices until lightly crispy with butter. Apply tomato sauce on one side then spoon out the vegetable curry stuffing and spread it on the sauce. Your open sand witch is ready.
  3. You can make it as a regular sand witch also by spreading the vegetable curry between two slices of bread with tomato sauce applied on one side of the slice.

          you can serve it with tomato ketch up very tasty and yummy.

Baked samosa

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan and add oil to pan and heat it keep it aside.
  2. Take a wide bowl add maida, wheat flour, salt ajwain, heated oil, and mix it all together then add water mix it make a chapatti dough. And cover the lid for 30 minutes then keep it aside.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fry it well .After that ginger garlic paste, fry it 1 minute, and add green chili, green peas,  turmeric, salt mashed potato mix it, and cook it for 3 minutes then add all spices mix it well finally garish with coriander leaves ,then curry is ready.
  4. Take the chapatti dough then prepare chapatti and cut into 2 parts then prepare samosa cone and stuffed it with curry then close the ends. Then rest of the dough same process
  5. Heat the oven for 375 degree centi grade then take oven tray, then put the samosas on it .And bake it for 15 to 20 minutes. Then ready to serve baked samosa
  6. You can serve it with hot and tomato sauce very tasty and yummy.

Chikkudukaya coriander leaves fry

Preparation method

  1. Wash the coriander leaves and dry it keep it aside.
  2. Wash the chikkudu kayalu and cut it into small pieces keep it aside.     
  3. Take the mixer grinder and add coriander leaves, green chili cumin seeds grind it into coarse paste.
  4. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add  chikkudu kayalu fry it for 5 minutes then cover the lid.once cooked the chikkudu kayalu and add salt, coriander paste mix it well, and cover the lid for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.
  5. You can serve it with chapatti or plain rice very tasty and yummy.

  3. Take a bowl add tamarind, date paste, jaggery, Dania cumin powder red chili powder salt and add water mix it well
  4. Cooked potato, cooked Chana dal
  5. Take the pani Pori and add boiled potato, boiled peas and add onions tomatoes, green chili paste,  sweet chutney and 1 tea spoon dahi and save coriander leaves mix it well. All are rest of the pories same processes..

Green tamarind dal (chinthakaya pappu)

  1. Take a microwave bowl, add green tamarind and add 1 glass of water and put in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then keep it aside.
  2. Cook it for 3 vessels for tour dal in pressure cooker. And keep it aside. Let it cool down the pressure and add water turmeric salt mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes. Then add green tamarind juice mix it and add green chili mix and cook it for 3 more minutes.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add, garlic pods, mustard  seeds fry then add cumin seeds, fenugreek powder, hinge red chili powder fry it for 1 minute then put  it in the dal  and add curry leaves mix it well.
  4. You can serve it with plain rice very tasty.

7 cup burfi

Preparation method

  1. Take wide bowl add all ingredients mix it well. Then put it in the micro wave for 15 to 18 minutes. Then take a plate and apply oil and put it into the plate.
  2. Then cut it into small pieces and garnish with almonds.
  3. Every 3 minutes stir mix it continues. And put it in the oven. After 15 to 18 minutes. 7 cup burfi is ready to serve.

Palak paneer

Preparation method

  1. Wash the spinach and soak it for warm water for 5 minutes then remove the water and then grind it to smooth paste and keep it aside
  2. Heat the pan ,add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 2 minutes then add onions add salt fry it for 2 minutes then add tomatoes fry it for 3 minutes after that add ginger garlic paste fry it well. And cover the lid for 2 minutes, then add spinach paste mix it well.
  3. After that add all spices mix it well, and cook it for 5 more minutes. Finally add cubed paneer, mix it well and cook it for 2 more minutes. Then switch off the flame.        
  4. You can serve it with roti ,chapatti ,biryani very tasty.
