Kadai bhendi curry





Ingredients

Okra pieces

Chopped tomato

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add okra fry it for 5 minutes then keep it aside.
  2.  In the same pan add oil, then cumin seeds, sauté, then add onions, salt, turmeric fry them well.
  3. After that add ginger garlic paste fry well add tomatoes bell pepper mix it and stir them well and cover the lid for 5 minutes. Then add all spices mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes. Finally garnish with coriander leaves. You can serve with plain rice or naan roti. It is very tasty.

Banana flower curry (arati puvvu)

Preparation method

  1. Peeled the banana flower and grind it into a coarse powder. Then wash it for 3 times. Then add salt turmeric and add water mix it and boil it for 10 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  2. Then drain it well and squeezing, and then keep it aside.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add all ingredients fry it for 5 minutes. after that add curry leaves, green chilies, red chili flakes fry them well and add squeezing banana flower, salt tamarind paste mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame. Finally add mustard seeds powder mix it well.
  4. This is very tasty and healthy curry. You can serve it with white rice.

Banana stem curry(doota curry)

Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Banana steam cut it into small pieces and put it into butter milk and soak it the steam pieces it for 30 minutes.
  2. Then add water and turmeric, salt mix it and cook it for 15 minutes. Then switch off the flame. And then squeezing it keep it aside.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add all ingredients fry it well then add green chili, curry leaves red chili flakes fry them well after that add squeezing banana steam, salt, tamarind paste turmeric mix it and cook it for 5 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  4. Finally add mustard seeds powder mix it well
  5. You can serve it with white rice it is very tasty.

Aloo cashew cutlets

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add cumin seeds, fry well. Then add cashew pieces, ginger, green chili, fry it and stir it well then add mashed potato, salt  chat masala powder mix it well. Then garnish with coriander leaves.
  2. Heat the chapatti pan and add round shape cutlets put it into the pan and apply butter to both sides. Fry it for golden brown color
  3. It is very tasty with tomato ketch up.

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it well then add onions, green chili turmeric fry it for 3 minutes now add ginger garlic paste mix it and fry them well.
  2. Now add mixed vegetables, grated goose berry, grated coconut  and add salt fry it for 5 minutes .Then add garam masala powder mix it fry them well. Finally add cooked rice mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Mixed veg and sprouts pulao

Preparation method

  1. Wash the basmati rice for 3 times then drain the water keep it aside. Soak the sprouts in water for over night
  2. Heat the pressure cooker then add oil and butter to fry then add whole garam masala fry it well.
  3. Then add turmeric green chili, onions fry ,it for golden brown color now add ginger garlic paste green chili fry them well then add tomatoes, mixed vegetables fry it for 10 minutes and add salt, biryani masala, red chili powder,sprouts mix it and stir it well then add 2 glass of water to boil it for 15 minutes then add washed rice, mint leaves coriander leaves mix it and cook it on medium flame for 15 minutes ,and cover the lid.
  4. Then switch off the flame. Garnish with fried onions cashew nuts.
  5. This is very tasty and healthy biryani .with curd chutney very tasty and yummy.

Yellow moongdal filters

Yellow moong dal

Preparation method

  1. Soak the moong dal in water for 2 hours then drain it well
  2. Then take the mixer grinder add moong dal green chili, salt ginger cumin seeds, pepper powder mix it and grind it coarse paste.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add take the batter and prepare round shape filters and fry it for golden brown color.
  4. You can serve it with snack and ginger chutney this is  very tasty.

Whole wheat rava pulihora

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add 2 glass of water and add salt, turmeric mix it and boil it for 10 minutes then add 1 table spoon oil mix it well. After that add rava mix it and stir it on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes then switch off the flame.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add all ingredients fry it for golden color then add green chili, red chili, curry leaves fry it well and transfer  to a bowl. Then add cooked rava mix it and stir it well. Finally add lemon juice mix it and stir it well.
  3. you can serve it with break fast. this is very tasty and healthy. 

Peanut chaykkalu

  1. Take a wide bowl add rice flour, salt, ginger green chili paste, cumin seeds, peanut sesame seeds powder  mix it and stir well then add melted butter mix it and make a chapatti dough. Then prepare round shape balls and keep it aside.
  2. Then take a polythin cover and apply oil then take ball and put it in polythin cover then press it into small Pori.
  3. Then heat the pan add oil to fry then take pories and put it into the oil and fry it for golden brown color on medium flame. Then transfer to tissue paper.
  4. You can serve it with snack it is very tasty.

  2. Then add take bowl add curd and gram flour mix it and prepare a liquid batter then mix it into the curry. Then mix it and stir it well , now add Dania seeds powder, garam masala powder mix it finally add spring onions mix it and stir it well. Then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve it with chapatti, Pori or any parathas very tasty.
