Cucumber (Dosa kaya )chutney





  1. Ingredients
    Quantity
    Cucumber (dosa kaya)
    1
    Green chills
    3
    Red chills
    5
    Coriander leaves
    Few
    Mustard seeds
    1 spoon
    Menthe seeds
    5 to 6
    Black gram
    1 table spoon
    Salt to taste
    Oil
    1 table spoon
    Tamarind  to taste
    jiggery to taste
    Turmeric
    Pinch
    Hinge
    Pinch

    Preparation method

    1.   Heat the pan, add oil to it. When the oil is heated add mustard seeds, menthe seeds, b lack gram add red chills and hinge fry them all together.Wait until it cools down.
    2. Wash the cucumber cut into pieces.                       
    3.  Then put the cucumber add salt, green chills, turmeric, jaggery into the grinder and grind them well. After that add seasonings and coriander leaves mix it again. And grind it well
    4. Then Serve with hot plain Rice
