Preparation method
- Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potato,carrots,peas, beans,Sweet corn, pepper powder,garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt ,paneer, cheese and mix all together. Add maida, corn starch, bread crumbles and mix all the ingredients with a little water to make a dough.
- Take a bowl add equal quantity of maida, corn starch and add some water and mix these into a thick batter. In this add bread crumble powder and mix it well.
- Take the paneer cubes dip it into the batter and coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in the hot oil.
- Then serve with tomato ketchup or your choice chutney.
- These nuggtes are kids like very much.
