Preparation method
- Fry the sooji rava in a pan without oil, keep it aside.
- Grind Green chills, ginger, palak (spinach) into a smooth paste. Keep it a side.
- Heat the pan, add oil to it. When the oil is heated add Chana dal, Black gram, mustard seeds and add the grinded paste ,curry leaves and fry them well.
- Then add water, salt, garam masala powder. When the water boils add rava and stir continuously. Cover with lid for a few minutes. When the rava is cooked turn off the stove.
- Garnish with cashews and serve in a plate with coconut chutney.
- This is very tasty and healthy.
