Preparation method
- Wash the carrot cut into small pieces keep it aside.
- Heat the pan, add oil to it.
- When the oil is heated add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chills fry them well.
- Let it cool down and grind it into a fine powder.
- Then take a bowl put the carrot pieces, add salt and add the grinded powder, stir and mix it well. And add lemon juice mix it well.
- Then baddalu is ready. Serve with hot plain rice with oil.
