Carrot baddalu (chutney)

preparation time     15 minutes

This will serve  6 people





Ingredients
quantity
Carrot
3
Red chilly
12
Mustard seeds
2 table spoon
Fenugreek seeds
½ table spoon
Salt for taste

Oil
3table spoon
Lemon juice(1 full lemon)


Preparation method

  1.    Wash the carrot cut into small pieces keep it aside.
  2.      Heat the pan, add oil to it.
  3.      When the oil is heated add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chills fry them well.
  4.    Let it cool down and grind it into a fine powder.
  5.   Then take a bowl put the carrot pieces, add salt and add the grinded powder, stir and mix it well. And add lemon juice mix it well.
  6.   Then baddalu is ready. Serve with hot plain rice with oil.
