Palak (Spniach) Cauliflower Paratha






Ingredients
Quantity
Palak (spinach)
1 cup
Gobi (cauli flower)
1 small
Chopped green chills
2
Chopped ginger
1 table spoon
Chopped garlic
1 table spoon
Jeera
1 table spoon
Coriander leaves
Few
Salt to taste

Oil or ghee

  1. Preparation method:

    1.     Wash the palak and grind it to a paste.Keep it a side.
    2.     Then mix whole wheat gram flour to the palak paste and add salt.Make a dough using water.
    3.     Wash and grate the cauliflower keeps it aside.
    4.     Heat the pan add oil to it. When the oil is heated add jeera,chopped green chills, chopped garlic, chopped ginger.Fry until red then add cauliflower.Fry it for 3 to 5 minutes.Add salt and coriander leaves.Switch off the flame. Then the stuffing is ready.
    5.     Now divide the dough into equal medium sized smooth round balls. 
    6.     Keep the cauliflower stuffing and center spread it till the half of the filled chapatti. Now cover it with the outer edge of the chapatti.
    7.    Roll it into round shape chapattis.
    8.     Heat the chapatti pan. When the pan is heated,put the rolled stuffed paratha on chapatti pan and add one table spoon of the ghee.when one side starts changing color turn it again and burn it evenly on both the sides.
    9.     Cauliflower paratha is ready now.
