Preparation method
- Wash the bell pepper and cut into long slices keep it aside. And tomatoes, potato cut into medium size pieces keep it aside
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then capsicum pieces fry it for 5 minutes then add onions, tomatoes , potato fry it for 5 minutes then add turmeric powder salt mix it and fry it for 5 more minutes then add curry powder mix it well and fry it for 1 minute then switch off the flame.
- You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti, very tasty.
