Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Chana dal, black gram, mustard seeds fry it for 1 minute then add red chili, hinge fry it well.
- Add grated coconut, green chili, red chili, salt, turmeric, tamarind grind it into a coarse paste then add fried seasoning mix it and grind it one more time then put it into serving bowl.
- You can serve it with hot plain rice or dosa idly very tasty..
