Preparation method
- Wash the black eyed beans and soak it for overnight. And remove the water.
- Take pressure pan and add soaked beans 2 cups of water add salt, turmeric and cook it for 3 whistles .Then remove the water
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala (cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaves, saahi jeera) fry it for 1 minute then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 1 minute then add onions
- fry it for 3 minutes then add chopped carrot mix it and fry it for 5 minutes then add cooked beans, salt, dania cumin powder, chat masala powder, garam masala powder mix it well and fry it for 5 minutes then add cooked rice mix it well then garnish with coriander leaves..
- You can serve it with onion raitha very tasty and healthy.
