Preparation method
- Wash the spinach and keep it aside.
- Heat the pan ,add ghee to fry then add crushed pepper powder, cumin seeds, chopped ginger green chili,curry leaves.Fry it for 1 minute then switch off the flame.
- Take the pressure pan add rice, yellow moong dal.Wash it and add 5 cups of water.Mix it and add salt,fried seasoning then add turmeric and cook it for 2 whistles then switch off the flame.
- Then garnish with fried cashews.
- This is very tasty and healthy break fast recipe
- You can serve it with coconut chutney or sambar.
