Preparation method
- Wash the beans and soak it for overnight in water. Then cook the beans with 2 cups of water salt, turmeric for 3 whistles.Remove the water and keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then fry black gram until red then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, curry leaves, red chilies fry it for 1 minute then add grated coconut fry it for 1 minute then add cooked beans mix it and add salt mix it well and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.
- This is very tasty and healthy curry.
- You can serve it with chapatti and plain rice very tasty.
