Cauli flower menthi baddalu (chutney)





Ingredients
Quantity
Cauli flower(small)
1
Red chilly powder
2 table spoons
Dry roasted mustard, fenugreek powder
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Hinge
¼ tea spoon
Oil
2 table spoons
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Curry leaves
Few
Lemon juice
To taste

Preparation method

  1. Wash the cauliflower divide into small flowers .Dry it and keep it a side.
  2. Take a bowl and add cauliflower pieces, red chili powder, roasted mustard and fenugreek powder, and salt. Mix it well.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to it. When the oil is heated add mustard seeds, Curry leave, hinge fry them well and mix it in the pickle. Then add the lemon juice stir it well.
  4. You can serve with hot plain rice,or dosa..
