Preparation method
- Boil rice keep it aside. Then half boil all the vegetables cook in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Then remove the water keep it a side.
- In a heavy bottomed pan , add ghee sauté the garam masala (cloves,cinenmon, bay leaves, elachi) fry it for 2 seconds after that add ginger, garlic paste add green chills, onions cooked vegetables fry it for 5 minutes. Then add salt, amchur powder, garam masala fry it for 2 minutes after that add spinach paste fry it for 3 minutes, then switch off the flame.
- When it cools down then add the masala and vegetables to the rice and mix it well.
- Then garnish with cashews. Serve this with. Onion raitha.
