Preparation method
- Wash the black eye beans,soak it in 2 cups of water for 4 to 5 hours.
- Add black eyed beans, green chills, ginger, cumin seeds and salt and make a coarse paste. After that add grated cabbage, carrot, onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix it well.
- Heat the pan add oil to it. When the oil is heated take about 2 table spoons of oil into the masala vada mixture and mix it well. After that make round balls and make round shape vadas and put it into the oil.
- Then fry it until golden brown color. Then vada is ready.
- You can serve with tomato sauce or coconut chutney.
