preparation method
- Wash the spinach; fenugreek leaves,coriander leaves and then cut into the small pieces keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to it. When the oil is heated add dry green leaves fry it for 5 minutes
- When it cool down.Add green leaves,salt, red chili powder, dry mustard, fenugreek powder, and tamarind grind it into a smooth paste
- Then heat the pan add oil to it. when the oil is heated add hinge, fry them .Then add urad dal, red chilli, garlic fry them, and stir it well..
- Then serve
with hot plain rice or Dosa.
