Three Green leaves chutney





Ingredients
Quantity
Spinach
1 bunch
Fenugreek leaves
1 bunch
Coriander leaves
1 bunch
Red chilly powder
3 table spoon
Dry roast mustard, fenugreek powder
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Oil
3 table spoon
Garlic
6 cloves
Tamarind
To taste
Urad dal (black gram)
1 tea spoon
Red chilly

1/8th spoon

preparation method

  1. Wash the spinach; fenugreek leaves,coriander leaves and then cut into the small pieces keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to it. When the oil is heated add dry green leaves fry it for 5 minutes
  3. When it cool down.Add green leaves,salt, red chili powder, dry mustard, fenugreek powder, and tamarind grind it into a smooth paste
  4. Then heat the pan add oil to it. when the oil is heated add hinge, fry them .Then add urad dal, red chilli, garlic fry them, and stir it well..
  5. Then serve with hot plain rice or Dosa.
