Ginger chutney






Ingredients

Ginger piece

Tamarind
Lemon size
jaggery

Channa dal
1 tea spoon
Urad dal
1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Fenu greek seeds
1 tea spoon
Curry leaves 
Few
Hinge
Pinch
Turmeric
Pinch
Garlic cloves

Preparation method

  1. Heat I table spoon of oil in the pan add the ginger and garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes and switch off the flame
  2. In the same pan add oil, after the oil is heated fry channa dal untill red and add urad dal, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and add red chillis, hinge curry leaves, fry them well.
  3. Take the grinder add ginger, garlic, red chillis, turmeric, salt, tamarind, jaggery and grind to the smooth paste. Next add all fried seasoning items mix it into the chutney and again grind it for 1 minute.
  4. Then serve with rice or idly, dosa, or pasarattu,upma, bonda
