Phool makhani ladoo






Ingredients
quantity
phool makhani
1 cup
Sugar
1 cup
Wheat flour
½ cup
Badam powder
1/4 cup
Ghee
1/4 cup
Cashews
2 table spoon
Raisins
1 table spoon
Elachi

Preparation method

Heat the pan add, ghee to it. When the ghee is heated fry the phool makhani for 2 to 3 seconds. And keep it aside.
Heat same pan add ghee to it , when the ghee is heated add wheat flour fry it for 4  to 5 seconds. And keep it aside. After that fry the dry fruits keep it aside.
Then grind phool makhani into a fine powder.
Then take a bowl add phool makhani powder, wheat flour, sugar, and add badam powder , add dry fruits elachi powder mix it well. Then you can shape them into laddos

 kids like this snack very much.
