Preparation method
- Wash the beera pottu, anapakaya pottu, cabbage, dry them and keep it a side
- Heat the pan add oil to it. After the oil is heated, fry all the seasonings well and keep it aside.
- Heat the same pan add oil to it. After the oil is heated add the beera pottu, anapakaya pottu, cabbage, and green chilies fry it for 5 minutes. And switch off the flame keep it aside..
- Then put the beera pottu, anapakaya pottu, cabbage, green chills, salt, turmeric, tamarind, red chills, garlic cloves into the grinder and grind into the smooth paste.
- Then add all the seasonings mix it into the chutney.
- Then serve with plain rice or dosa, idly.
