Vegtable pottu chutney







Ingredients
Quantity
Beera pottu
1 cup
Anapakaya pottu
1 cup
Chopped cabbage
1 cup
Green chills
5
Red chills
5
Salt
To taste
Oil
2 table spoons
Black gram
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 table spoon
Hinge
Pinch
Tamarind
To taste
Garlic cloves
3
Turmeric
pinch

Preparation method

  1. Wash the beera pottu, anapakaya pottu, cabbage, dry them and keep it a side
  2. Heat the pan add oil to it. After the oil is heated, fry all the seasonings well and keep it aside.
  3. Heat the same pan add oil to it. After the oil is heated add the beera pottu, anapakaya  pottu, cabbage, and green chilies fry it for 5 minutes. And switch off the flame keep it aside..
  4. Then  put the beera pottu, anapakaya pottu, cabbage, green chills, salt, turmeric, tamarind, red chills, garlic cloves into the grinder and grind into the smooth paste.
  5. Then add all the  seasonings mix it into the chutney.
  6. Then serve with plain rice or dosa, idly.
