preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds red chili, hinge fry them well and add curry leaves fry it well. And transfer it to a bowl.
- The same pan, add oil to fry then add chopped cabbage, tomatoes, green chili, turmeric, fry it for 10 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
- Take the mixer grinder and add fried cabbage, red chili, and tamarind, salt, mix it and grind it into a coarse paste. Then add half off the seasoning mix it and grind it one more time.
- Then transfer to a bowl and remaining part of the seasoning mix it into the chutney.
- You can serve it with white rice or dosa. It is very tasty.
