Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry them well .Then add red chili powder mix it and fry it well . Then ridge guard slices, turmeric, salt ,mix it and cook it for 10 minutes then add tamarind juice mix it and stir it well.
- Take a bowl add rice flour and add water mix it well. Then put it into the curry. And cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.
You can
serve it with plain rice.
