Ridge guard rava pulusu curry






Ingredients
Quantity
Chopped ridge guard slices
1 cup
Urad dal
1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Red chili powder
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Tamarind paste
To taste
Rice flour
1 table spoon
Oil
1 tea spoon
Turmeric
Pinch



Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry them well .Then add red chili powder  mix it and fry it well . Then ridge guard slices, turmeric, salt ,mix it and cook it for 10 minutes then add tamarind juice mix it and stir it well.
  2. Take a bowl add rice flour and add water mix it well. Then put it into the curry. And cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.


You can serve it with plain rice.
