Brussel sprouts curry





Ingredients
Quantity
Grated Brussel sprouts
1 cup
Green chili
3
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Curry leaves
Few
Chana dal
1 tea spoon
Black gram
1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds powder
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Turmeric
Pinch
Tamarind paste
1 table spoon
Oil
1 table spoon

Preparation method

  1. Wash the Brussel sprouts and grate it well.  Then add water turmeric, salt mix it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Then drain it and squeeze well. Then keep it aside.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Chana dal, black gram, mustard seeds, fry it to a red color then add green chili, curry leaves, red chili powder fry them  well.
  4. Then add cooked Brussel sprouts, salt, turmeric, add tamarind paste, mix it all together. Cover the lid for 10 minutes. Once the curry is cooked switch off the flame .Finally add mustard seeds powder and add water mix it and stir it well.
  5. You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti it is very tasty.
