Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Chana dal, black gram, mustard seeds, peanuts, sauté and add green chili, red chili, turmeric, hinge fry them well.
- Take a wide bowl add white rice , salt, mix it well . Then add fried seasonings, lemon juice mix it all together.
- This is very tasty and yummy.
