Lemon rice



Ingredients

Cooked rice
2 cups
Green chili
6
Red chili
5
Curry leaves
Few
Salt
To taste
Turmeric pinch
Pinch
Peanuts
1 table spoon
Chana dal
1 table spoon
Black gram
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 table spoon
Coriander leaves
Few
Hinge
Pinch
Oil
1 table spoon
Lemon juice
To taste

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Chana dal, black gram, mustard seeds, peanuts, sauté and add green chili, red chili, turmeric, hinge fry them well.
  2. Take a wide bowl add white rice , salt, mix it well . Then add fried seasonings, lemon juice mix it all together.
  3.  This is very tasty and yummy.
