Preparation method
- Wash the banana and cut it into medium size pieces and soak it in salt water.
- Take the pressure cooker and add banana pieces, water, and salt turmeric, mix it and cook it for 2 whistles .Then switch off the flame
- Let the pressure cool down then drain it and mash it well.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, chana dal, mustard seeds fry it for 2 minutes then add green chili, curry leaves, red chili powder fry them well. Then add cooked raw banana pieces, salt, tamarind paste mix it and cook it for 3 more minutes then switch off the flame.
- Finally add mustard seeds powder mix it well.
- You can serve it with plain rice or roti and it is very tasty.
