Sprouts biryani with brown basmathi rice




Ingredients
Quantity
Cooked brown basmati rice
1 cup
Cooked sprouts
½ cup
Green chili
5
Chopped onion slices

Chopped carrot
¼ cup
Chopped broccoli
¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Garam masala
1 table spoon
Whole garam masala
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Chopped coriander
Few
Chopped mint
Few
Turmeric
Pinch
Oil
2 table spoon

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, green chili, fry them well.
  2. Then add sliced onions salt fry it for 3 minutes, after that add chopped broccoli, chopped carrot mix it, and stir it for 5 minutes and add cooked sprouts, red chili powder, garam masala powder mix them stir it well.
  3. Finally add cooked brown basmati rice mix them and stir it well and cover the lid for 5 minutes. Then switch off the flame. Finally garnish with mint leaves, coriander leaves.
  4. You can serve it with curd or onion raita it is very tasty.
