Preparation method
- Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, green chili, fry them well.
- Then add sliced onions salt fry it for 3 minutes, after that add chopped broccoli, chopped carrot mix it, and stir it for 5 minutes and add cooked sprouts, red chili powder, garam masala powder mix them stir it well.
- Finally add cooked brown basmati rice mix them and stir it well and cover the lid for 5 minutes. Then switch off the flame. Finally garnish with mint leaves, coriander leaves.
- You can serve it with curd or onion raita it is very tasty.
