Preparation method
- Wash the moong dal and cook it for 3 whistles.
- Let the pressure cool down then transfer it to a pan and add green chili, salt, turmeric and add water mix it and cook it for 15 minutes.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds until fry, and add red chili powder hinge fry them well. Then put it into the dal, and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame. Finally add lemon juice mix it well.
- You can serve it plain rice and ghee it is very tasty.
