Bell pepper sesame seeds fry








Ingredients
Quantity
Bell pepper slices
 1 cup
 sesame seeds
4 table spoons
Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Red chili
5
Salt
To taste
Coriander leaves
Few
Oil
1 table spoon

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan to fry then add sesame seeds, red chili, cumin seeds, fry it well
  2. Let the cool down then grind it into a powder.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add the bell pepper fry it for 10 minutes. Then add salt, Sesame seeds powder mix it and stir it well. Then garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti. It is very tasty.
