Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, black gram, cumin seeds fry them well.
- Then turmeric, onions, green chili salt fry, then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 1 minute add tomatoes cooked it well.
- Then add drumsticks, tamarind juice, all spices mix it and stir it well, and cook it for 10 minutes.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
- You can serve it with plain rice with ghee. It is very tasty.
