Red sorrel leaves with mixed sprouts biryani (gongura)

  


Ingredients
Quantity
Red sorrel leaves
1 bunch
Cooked mixed sprouts
1 cup
Cooked basmati rice
2 cup
Green chili
5
Ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon
Red chili powder
1 table spoon
Dania cumin powder
1 tea spoon
Fenugreek powder
¼ tea spoon
Salt
To taste
Whole garam masala
1 table spoon
Garam masala powder
1 table spoon
Chopped carrot
½ cup
Chopped broccoli
½ cup
Sliced onions
1 (small onion)

 Preparation method

  1. Wash the red sorrel leaves, and drain it well, then fry it and then grind it into a coarse paste.
  2. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add whole garam masala, fry it for 1 minute. Then add ginger garlic paste ,onion slices, turmeric, salt fry it for 3 minutes, then add chopped carrot, chopped broccoli  fry,  after  that add red sorrel leaves paste, all spicy powders mix them well.
  3. After that add mixed sprouts, cooked basmati rice mix them well
  4. You can serve it with curd. It is very tasty.
